"Jayden uses such a wide range of techniques. He'll do hands-on work, then needles, then send me home with two exercises. It actually works."Range of techniques · Google
One osteopath. Ten years in the gym before this. Osteo, chiro-style adjustments, dry needling, soft-tissue and exercise prescription. Whatever your body needs that day, you're booking the same bloke.
"Jayden has a real range of techniques and an intuitive approach. He reads the body, listens, and actually fixes the thing instead of running a script."
Paraphrased from Google reviews · 21 × 5.0 starsMost clinics make you pick a modality before you walk in. I don't. We figure out what your body needs that day and use the right mix. Sometimes it's hands-on, sometimes it's needles, sometimes it's homework for the gym.
Hands-on assessment and treatment. Reads the whole body, not just the spot that hurts.
Joint manipulation when the joint needs it. Gentle, considered, never the default.
Fine needles into trigger points to release deep muscle tension that hands can't reach.
Remedial massage and myofascial release. Sometimes the simple thing is the right thing.
Ten years coaching strength before this. You leave with a plan, not just a session.
"Same price for everyone. Posted on the site. You'll never have to ring up and ask."

"He's got this intuitive way of finding what's wrong. I'd been to three other people for the same back issue. He read it in ten minutes."Intuitive approach · Google
"Genuinely attentive. Doesn't rush, doesn't run a script. Listens to what you say and treats accordingly. Best osteo I've seen."Attentive practitioner · Google
Before osteo, I spent a decade as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. I knew bodies under load. What I didn't know was why some pain doesn't shift no matter how clean the program is.
I went to an osteopath myself. Got moving again. Decided that was the job.
"I treat everyone the same way I'd treat a client mid-season. Get them moving, keep them moving, send them home with a plan."
Now I run two clinics solo. Redcliffe and Cleveland. Same hands, same approach, same price. If you book a session you're seeing me, not a junior, not a rotating roster.
